Areas of Specialization: My practice thrives on diversity, and I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, attachment styles and issues, life stage transitions, pre-marital counseling, modern relationships, PTSD, and trauma.

About Me: I earned my stripes with an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and further honed my skills with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Northern Colorado and have since dedicated my career to empowering individuals, couples, and families. I’m not just a therapist; I’m a fellow traveler on the messy and beautiful road of relationships and life.

Professional Expertise: For more than 12 years, I’ve dedicated myself to the field of therapy, working with individuals, children, couples, and families. My commitment to continuous growth led me to become a trained Gottman Level One therapist, employing research-based techniques to strengthen relationships. Additionally, as an Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), I bring a profound understanding of the emotional intricacies that shape our connections.
